RETURNS
We get it — sometimes things don’t go to plan. If your order isn’t quite what you hoped for, we’re here to make things right.
Here's how returns work in our patch of the planet 🌍:
🚚 Returns Made Simple
You can return any unused item within 30 days of delivery — no awkward questions, no funny looks. We just ask that it’s in its original packaging and in resellable condition (so no garden gunk, please!).
📬 How to Return
Pop us an message on the contact form above with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll send you return instructions and a return address.
Ship it back using your preferred courier (tracked is best to avoid any return-gone-missing drama).
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a full refund back to your original payment method. This usually takes 3–5 business days. You’ll get an email when your refund is in motion 🚀.
⚠️ A Few Rules of the Garden
Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty.
Opened or used weedkiller can’t be returned unless it’s damaged or defective.
Items marked final sale or clearance can’t be returned (they’ve already retired to the compost heap 🌱).
🧪 Faulty or Damaged Items?
If your product arrived damaged or something’s gone wrong, let us know straight away. Snap a pic and email it to us — we’ll sort it faster than you can say “glyphosate-free paradise.”
